Flat Transfers / Airport Service

All flat rate and airport transfers must be secured with a credit card and will be charged 24 hours prior to the service unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellations:

Any flat transfer/airport transfer cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price including gratuity. Any trip that is outside the Toledo area where travel time is involved to the pick up location, we require the 3 hours notice plus the travel time to avoid full charges.

Extra Stops:

All fees are based on point to point service. Any additional stops will be $15.00 each for sedans – $20.00 for vans and SUV's and $ 30.00 for limousines and buses. The extra stop time is not to exceed 10 minutes and must be within the normal route to the destination. Stops that exceed the 10 minute period are subject to hourly charges based on the vehicles hourly rate for that day in 30 minute increments.

Wait time:

There is a 10 minute grace period on all departures. Wait time that goes beyond this initial grace period will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate of that vehicle.

 

There is no charge for late arrivals at the airport, but if luggage is lost and time is spent locating the luggage or other lost items, charges will incur in 30 minute increments based on the vehicles hourly rate.

 

On international arrivals – wait time charges will be incurred if the passengers are not in the vehicle within 45 minutes after the flight gates. Charges are in 30 minute increments based on that vehicles daily rate.

No Shows:

No shows will be charged in full based on the minimum hourly rate or the transfer rate.

Private or Charter Jets:

All charter and private FBO flights are subject to wait time or hourly charges as we cannot monitor many of these flights, and must be on location based on the time scheduled.

 


Weddings and Proms

 

Policies and Procedures for Weddings and Proms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 ( NON refundable ) is due at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from your total contract price.
  • Final payment is due one month prior to the reservation date.
  • Any cancellation 14 days or less prior to the contracted service date will forfeit all funds paid toward the reservation.
  • Any cancellation made 15 – 29 days prior to the contracted service date will be issued a credit for future use only less the $150.00 deposit and a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the contracted service date will be issued a refund less the $150.00 deposit and a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  • Any balance due not paid by the agreed upon date will be considered a cancellation and the appropriate clause will take effect.

  • Any cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the contracted service date will be issued a refund less the $150.00 deposit and a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  • Any balance due not paid by the agreed upon date will be considered a cancellation and the appropriate clause will take effect.
